I ordered mobile redmi 4A (1 no.) on 15.05.2017 at shop mobiles online website. As per their terms, the payment was to be made via freecharge wallet for placement and execution of order. Hence, I made the payment via freecharge wallet for Rs. 5299 on 15.05.2017 and received acknowledgement receipt from freecharge for the same against order no. 288. mentioned therein. Thank you for your interest in Mobile Store products.

Inspite of continuous follow up over mail,it seems they are not having any intention to deliver the product nor refund the money. So we demand refund of payment of Rs. 5299 made to freecharge wallet and shop mobiles online and we seek strict legal actions against the companies for cheating people.
