AMazon froad me for about giving the refund of AC installation chages 1. First said it was a free installation offer in Kenstar AC 2. later Kenstart asking for changes on drilling into wall wihich a part of standard installation 3. I raised 3 escalations for Kenstar with Amazon but no response from Kenstar 4. SO amazon said that I need to pay the amount and send the receipt so they will process refund in amazon paybalance 5. After all done fro my side now they are refusing to refund with some silly silly reasons that it is not done from authorised service center of kenstar but it is done from authorised service center as per discussion with kenstart about the service done by - OM SAI COOLING SYSTEM -411017 6. Now amazon is not responding to the calls at customer service 7 I am fruststed now and raisinfg this to consumer forum JAgo grahak jago 8. refung amount is 1440 9. As amazon is frauding me I am cancelling order today for total refund and please process the case from your side for installation refund please help me out soon
