Quality of product and rude behaviour of the Seĺler Stylish_drapes

I had ordered for a Ghagra choli which was semi-Stiched amd looking very nice in the picture uploaded on Instagram.but the seller is not even cared about talking properly to customer such rude behaviour that I'm asking something they give one word reply.Amd the product which I received which would not even be of Rs.1000 for which I paid Rs1900.On asking about exchange the seller is not even ready to reply and of replying talking as if he is doing a favour for me..for exchange he is saying me to courier him the product and again pay the reshipping charges of Rs 200 .why should I pay the shipping charges when I'm not the one who is at fault..?
Please help me out deal with this..
