Fraud on olx by a person name Vikas patel, army man from rajasthan jaipur he asked me to send some amount before delivery so i sent him 4100rs as a token money, then he showed me delivery receipt of airport service so i thought is a authentic company it is worth to send rest of the money 55000rs, so he said that send that after the bike reaches and i dont got a bike until right now.
in which unfortunately i lost my 4100rs, i have upload the pic which he send me as a id proof . and the phone number is= 7240707846, and paytm account number of receiver=9910967794
please resolve this issue,

    I got a call from a person at 12:30pm on 3rd July 2019, he said his name is Vikas Patel Mob no. 9350040634 and is interested in buying my cooler which I have listed in OLX for selling and I should send him my Google QR code. He fraudulently withdrew a total of Rs 19, 726.56 from my HDFC SB A/c. to UPI account in the name of Pooja Shrikant Rao Kulkarni with upi id 9817860248@upi. The guy claimed to be an Army officer. I want all to know he is a repeated offender and loots people through OLX. Why is OLX not blocking such repeated offenders? Is OLX too a part of their Fraud Racket? Request immediate action against him. He is still available on the same number 9350040634 and he also spoke to the police inspector and challenged that he wont return the money. Whats wrong with our judiciary system? Are the banks a part of this scam too? Why can't anyone track such people they are all so digitally active and pool money in and out through government banks and majorly secure apps like Google Pay and UPI?
