MP SERVICES is demanding money, I have also applied to this MP Services

I have also applied to this MP Services which is in Gujrat and in Latur. On truecaller it's name is DG service.

As you would know, they gave me a contract of fill 1500 in 10 days then they will give me salary,on 11-12-2018 but their forms are very difficult and I failed to do their 1500 forms I have just completed 27 forms, today is my submission date,(21-12-2018) I told them I want to cancel this, they are saying you need to pay Rs.4900 as a registration fees and Rs.2900 total Rs.7800 agreement fee to cancel this.
They have mine Aadhaar card details and agreement for 11 months.
Please help me, I have too seen many complaints about this. If I denied to pay their amount they'll take legal action against me and I have to pay high penalty. Please check out this issue, and tell me what to do.
