Account Blocked for No Reason, I have Flipkart account for last 5-6 years.

Dear Sir, I have Flipkart account for last 5-6 years. In November 1st Week Flipkart blocked my account mentioning that I am a reseller.

Sir, I am asking the basis but they are saying system has identified hence we cannot unblock.

I am working in a Bank and everything I bought till now is for my or for my family personal use.
In my Flipkart wallet Rs.9,500 stucked. Help Me
