Puchased fast track combo but sent wrong order

I have purchased fast track watch combo from this time machine 99, i have received this order, item worth is Rs 1270 but i get watches not even worth of rs.100 and have different brand, it's too local quality watches. Neither it take cancellation nor takes the return or refund.. Please take the complaint and get this refund please. On website i even didn't find anything to return it. Please do needful, if you need any detail i will provide. Please help me to get my refund.
