Fraud page fashion_merger from a seller on Instagram.

Actually I ordered my product from a seller on Instagram. There was no option for cash on delivery so I pay him using Paytm. Its been many days but the product is not delivered yet. seller said tracking Details will be shared once payment done but he Is not even responding to my insta messages while he is online. his number Is active on whatsapp & paytm. please Look into this matter.
