My Claim Description:- I received one phone call from This number +91922213376 that I selected out of fifty customer and if I will purchase any item min 3000 amount from atozshopping deal website under offer zone with 50 % discount I will be receive one assured gift. As per instruction I online purchase Samsung J7 mobile and they inform that you will receive Home Theater also as a free gift. After 3-4 days when I try to know status our product cannot call going to that number.Also call to their toll free Number 01206888655 but cannot call. Today I received product when I inform to open product before sign they not accept. When open boxes found wrong item 3 hot pot & two bed sheet. I am disappointed .this company fraud me so please refund my money. I hope that you will help me to refund money.

Yesterday i received call from Unknown number 0917281977287 he told me calling from atozshopping deal and he checked my complain id from jago grahak jago and he cannot send mobile as per order so he will return that amount but he is asking 16 digit debit card number for return money ,i already inform that i use net banking services,not debit card for transaction. I requested to send cheque but he still need 16 digit number.after then cut the call.So please never give 16 digit debit card number to anyone may be can takeout all money from your account.Be careful.

    My Claim Description:- I received one phone call from This number +919250006279 on 23 Nov 2016 that I selected out of fifty customer and if I will purchase any item min 3000 amount from atozshopping deal website under offer zone I will be receive one assured gift. As per instruction I online purchase BP machine,Induction cooker by paying 3749rupee by my HDFC card .I select Sony 32"Led as free gift. They they give me another offer that I can buy one more product by using coupon code WZ09786699RZ on 50%discount then I select apple iPhone 5S and I pay online 9599 by same card. They sent me conformation mail. After some time they call me to again to confirm my address. But after few day I received a parcel of hotpot set and bed sheets. When I call them they tell it is complimentary parcel. My products is out of stoke due to demonetisation,you will get them soon. Then their no become switch off. I pick their new no from website and call them they say due to some reason they change their contact no. After few day I receive parcel of broken induction cooker. And after few days I get BP machine.When I ask them about my phone for wich I pay and gift they tell don't worry.But till date I call them almost daily on their customer care no 9268777003 maximum time they don't pick my call, some time they pick and make false cometments that we updated your order . I am very disappointed .this company fraud me so please help me.I put complaints many time in their websites complaint box. And sent mails many time, but they never reply. Such type of fraud companies are biggest hindrance in fulfilment of dream of our respected Prime Minister for cashless india. I hope that you will help me.
