Fake Product Sold & deny to return money

I ordered FOREVER Living Bright Aloevera Tooth Gel (130 g) from www.flipkart.com and received the product on 16th Nov 23 with Order Id: OD429605290809893100 & Order Date: 05-11-2023, 08:49 PM. I was out of station at that time. When I returned back, I checked the product received the cap of toothpaste was broken. After checking the product, I realized that something is not good with this product. The taste of toothpaste is not looks authentic. I checked the old toothpaste and try to compare it with new one.
Soon, I realized that the product is a fake copy. I called the flipkart customer care and told that this product was broken and not genuine. They directly denied to listen anything because this is a non-returnable product and I am filing complaint after4-5 days of product received.
I want to lodge this complaint to return my money and strict action against the Flipkart and it's seller who is selling this fake product.
