I am filing this complaint regarding an online purchase of sarees made through a WhatsApp-based seller. My sister placed an order and made full payment as requested by the seller. However, after receiving the payment, the seller failed to provide any order confirmation, invoice, or tracking details. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper response from their side.
Eventually, the seller stopped responding entirely and blocked my sister’s number. When I tried contacting them from another number to resolve the issue, I was also blocked. This clearly indicates fraudulent intent and unethical business practices.
We have all the necessary proof, including payment receipts, chat screenshots, and contact details of the seller. The seller has neither delivered the product nor initiated any refund.
I request immediate action against this seller for cheating and fraud. I also request assistance in recovering the amount paid and ensuring that such scams do not continue to affect other consumers.
