On 12th june i received a call from no:-7468839382 a girl represent herself as a represent as a paytm representative and verify me through my aadhar caed, and transaction details made with paytm and gained my trust ( because all these informations are confidential and only available to paytm) then she said that my name is selected for special offer of 40% off on every purchase. on 13th june she again called then i purchased iphone 6 on 40% offer and she said that due to special offer purchased made through their end she gave me number and represent them as a paytm registered (which also shows paytm logo and patym mall discription) and then i paid RS 10000 (9062196408 to this no.) and RS 14000(8622967519 to this no.) . On 14 june i got a call from no:-8906025671 and a lady represent herself as a sales and promotion department ofpaytm mall and asked to pay more RS 12000 for GST purpose then i got doubt and i called paytm office for verify and they said this as a scam and not bear any liability for disclosing my sensitive information.
paytm also did not take any action regarding the no:-7468839382 which still representing itself as a paytm shopping mall & also disclosing my sensitive information and broke the seal of trust. I also filled FIR regarding this matter
