on 12 june a girl representing her as paytm representative called me ( From No. 7468836382) and took me into trust by disclosing my transactions with paytm and offered me iphone 6 at 40% off with assured gift. On 13 june she called again and said that the offer can be availed through paytm end and not through paytm application. Then she transferred call to accounting department to girl named Gunjan, she asked me to transfer Rs.14000 to 8622967519 no. and Rs 10000 to 9062196408 (Which is Paytm Registered Number which also shows Paytm Logo )I deposited the amount . On 14 june I got a call from 8906025671 representing as paytm sales and promotion department asking for Rs 12000 for GST. I got Doubt about their intentions and called Paytm for Confirmation Paytm refused to take any liability and said that their higher department will contact me for my complain. I got a call again representing to be paytm representative and asked for my aadhar card number, PAN card number and my Debit card Number. Having doubt on the call I cut the call and called Paytm for confirmation they refused for such fake call .
Paytm has disclosed my Sensitive information which lead to such fraud. The number on which I transferred the amount is still on and still representing themselves as Paytm representative.and Paytm has not taken any action regerding that number.
