Not going to support even if machine is warranty

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have buy washing machine fully automatic on date 16th –Oct-2019 for my home town and Order ID: OD116805674322539000.

Still No one can came and provide demo & installation.

Flipkart Private Limited and Onida is not going to support even if machine is under warranty.

I’m flow up with both of company and strangling the same, even so many time for flow up support more than 30 days but no luck.
