Duped many by confusing t&c

Hello,

On 11 oct, Grofers started Diwali sale. And on their home page there was an offer of 100% cashback on buying their annual membership(SBC).

On the checkout page itself, it was shown that the amount will be deposited as Grofers cash(all 100% of which can be used in next order)


Now, the amount we received was Orange cash(maximum 10% can be used in next order).

This too was with a validity of 60 days!!


We have raised this complaint with Grofers and they agree that it is a technical glitch. But they are not refunding amount.

Why should we pay if it is a technical glitch??

There are many like who are duped by them.
