Hi,My Citibank debit card was fraudelently used on paytm and approx 49000 was transferred to my paytm wallet,then approx 21000 were transferred to other paytm wallets and all these transactions are fraud.I have reported these to both with my bank and with Paytm.Paytm without carrying any investigations are stating that money cant be refunded.
