Delivery of product on wrong address, courier service customer care number is also not responding

I have ordered a dress from from an online reseller whose name is Akshay Kumar and he received payment in advance from me and give me the tracking slip of overnite Express and I gave him full address with phone number but in sleep only address is mentioned and phone number is not mentioned when I was tracking my parcel it was showing delivered but my parcel is not delivered to my address now Mr Akshay Kumar is not responding and courier service customer care number is also not responding so it is the fault of courier company How could they deliver my product at wrong address
