I have taken online subscription of “Runners World UK “ from site www.bookstok.com on 16th June 2019, they committed to start subscription from October 2019 onwards,
But even after sending many reminders, they were unable to deliver single magazine till January 2020 W.R.T full year subscription in my home address at Atladra Vadodara Gujarat India, than I requested them to refund my online transfer payment of INR 9780/- on Jan 2020, but till today they have not refunded any money after sending many reminders again and again, request you to please take action on online magazine site http://www.bookstok.com/ so that they cannot do online fraud with others and help me to refund my online transfer payment from them FYI, it was transferred through my HDFC Bank credit card 5522 6050 0160 1750.

    Flight tickets booking through Amazon- Cleartrip by Akriti Sharma:

    We booked 4 flight tickets from Cleartrip via Amazon. But due to covid-19 we changed our plans and even airlines gave option to amend or chose open ticket/credit shell options. When we opt for Open ticket/credit shell, 2 tickets got cancelled and 2 went for open ticket. When we reached out to Cleartrip's support team they mentioned that there is technical glitch on their portal due to which 2 tickets got cancelled and we will resolve this but after a month they said that its our fault, we cancelled the ticket which is not true. And even for the tickets which went for open ticket, they haven't processed the refund yet and there is no update also. It's been a month now and our money got stuck with them.
