Took order of phone but sent some other phone with broken screen and not giving replacement or retur

Hi,

There is a page of user with name betrendyy01 on Instagram with bank details Name: Barsharani Pradhan UPI: 9114693058@paytm Whatsapp No: 9114693058.

They are selling Phones on Instragram I order a Samsung Phone but they sent me iPhone with broken screen and a fake piece which is an Android phone.

They said to make a Package unboxing video which I made and asked me to send if there is any issue. Even after doing that they did not send a replacement not even sent me my money back. Just kept on giving one or other excuses.

Please help. I have lost Rs. 11000.
