Didn’t get paid for the job done

I was defrauded by this company they made me work and told I have to type 1200 with 90% accuracy so I sat day and night and completed it and I also too 1200 screenshots. After completing I got a mail within 15 hours by an advocate asking me to pay money I also got WhatsApp messages from him. I told him we will resolve the issue in court and his reply in 2 mins was come to vapi high court at 10 I checked there is no high court there. After that I asked him case number and bar id number and got no reply. After a week I got a call from another call from a person who says he is from a Person named Mukesh Rana who is from the legal team in this company apparently. He is again harassing me. What they didn’t know is that I have checked and taken screenshots of 1200 documents and after checking I found that they have made a lot of changes after I submitted so I don’t get 90% accuracy and I pay them money. I request you to please get me what I am owed because I have worked really hard day and night for it and I am really in need of it. It was also mentioned documents will be checked randomly but I see that each and every one is checked and to avoid making payment they altered with the docs. The numbers are

3). We also suggest you that once you pay this amount in good faith we will issue your NOC letter within the stipulated time of 45 minutes. Hence, we insist you to pay your outstanding to our client in good faith, so we can close your file from our end.


3)। हम आपको यह भी सुझाव देते हैं कि एक बार जब आप इस राशि का भुगतान कर देंगे तो हम आपके एनओसी पत्र को 45 मिनट के निर्धारित समय के भीतर जारी कर देंगे। इसलिए, हम आपको विश्वास दिलाते हैं कि आप हमारे ग्राहक को अच्छा विश्वास दिलाना चाहते हैं, इसलिए हम आपकी फाइल को हमारे अंत से बंद कर सकते हैं।



4). Your agreement is made with sole proprietor company for which you need to clear your dues. As per Act of 1996, article 14 depicted in an agreement.



4)। आपका अनुबंध एकमात्र प्रोप्राइटर कंपनी के साथ किया गया है, जिसके लिए आपको अपना बकाया चुकाना होगा। 1996 के अधिनियम के अनुसार, अनुच्छेद 14 एक समझौते में दर्शाया गया है।
