MY NAME IS RAVINDRA KAMBLE. I HAVE DONE MY AIRTEL DTH RECHARGE ON WRONG ID NUMBER WHICH DOES NOT EXIST. DUE TO INVALID DTH ID MY TRANSACTION HAS BEEN FAILED BUT AMOUNT ABOUT 510 FOR THAT RECHARGE IS DEDUCTED FROM MY MOBIKWIK WALLET. I WAS TRYING TO REACH CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OF MOBIKWIK BUT THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING ANY CALLS. THEY JUST REPLYING BY MESSAGE SAYING THAT YOUR RECHARGE IS SUCCESSFUL. HO CAN THE SOFTWARE WILL DO SUCCESSFUL RECHARGE ON THE ID WHICH DOES NOT EXIST.
