Not repaired my Oneplus3 mobile, its in Accidental warranty

I have purchased Oneplus 3 mobile from amazon for 28000 rupees on 25 Oct.2016, seller also provide 1yr accidental warranty with this product.
Mobile was just fell-down from 30 inches and its display broken completely.
I was contacted with 'Servify' who is providing repair services on behalf of Oneplus, they diagnosed my mobile asked me to pay charges for this Rs.12200+/-, whether mobile was in Accidental warranty.

I was registered my one plus 3 through my another mobile and fill all details, after completion of registration Servify app shows my Device is warranty show status 'Yes'.

At least 30+ time i contacted with Oneplus and Servify team from last 1 month.

Please help me and suggest how to approach to resolve this issue, this china companies is cheating me.
