I have not received the refund amount from Snapdeal since 1st week of December, 2016. I purchased one garment online from Snapdeal vide Order ID 16906373726, dated 25-11-2016 and paid through Debit card. I received a different item and the same was returned on 03-12-2016 with a request to refund the amount (Rs. 971/-) to my card/bank A/c. I got in touch with their customer care (92126-92126) repeatedly and informed them that the refund had not been credited to my card/bank A/c and mailed scan copy of my SB A/c passbook, ATM mini statement on 08-01-2017 & 20-01-2017 respectively to their mail-ID. As per their telephonic request I made contact to my bank’s home branch and bank’s customer care and shared their Refund Reference Number 633104278116 but in vain. I repeatedly lodged complaint for the same and they also repeatedly sent a stereotype message over telephone/e-mail that they had already issued a refund to my card/bank account on 3/12/2016 with RRN 633104278116. It is a question of transparency for the said refund as initially they informed two different RRN on different dates (on 20-12-2016, RRN given 633104278116, on 20-01-2017 RRN given 17563372637) to my registered mobile through SMS. Moreover, it has also been learnt from their refund policy (from site) “Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and initiate refund”. Hence, how refund was made to my card/bank account on 3/12/2016 i.e. date of return of item (from Kolkata).

    Amount held up after no callbacks for installation and then cancellation of you broadband by Shajad shaikh:

    I have applied for internet and paid my installation charges on 2nd April 2017 for installing you broadband internet services. I was told the installation would happen in the next 3 days and i would get a call back in 4-8 hrs. I have not got a callback since 2nd april. I called their customer care number numerous times and they have a record for it. Fed up with their non responsive behavior i decided to cancel my connection on 10th April 2017. The executive told me that I would get a callback for the same and would the amount would be refunded in the 7-10 bank working days. I never got a callback. Im still calling them daily regarding the refund and I still get their pathetic response of 'you will get a callback in 4-8 hrs'. Pathetic service of You Broadband.
