Dream 11 deducted my winning money Rs 1000 with a false reason.

Me and my friends played more than Rs1000 from my paytm cash. After playing many cash league and also private league i won more than 1000 rupees. I won more than Rs600 in grand league and others in private league. i requested for withdraw Rs 1000 but It says Fair play violation and deducted all of my money even my grand league winning money Rs 650. i already lost so many paytm money for playing cash league. what the hell is this Fairplay violation? it's just a trap because they didn't mention this conditions. I played from my paytm cash and private leauge with my friends too.
please help me sir. i am worring cause i got fraud my money by dream 11.
