My product is - Moto Z play

The screen got cracked, the phone was still working fine. I approached this company, they guaranteed pickup and delivery of phone after repair within 24 hours. They picked up my phone on 22nd November, 2017. I called 2 days later, inquiring about the phone, they said it is out for delivery. They told me the delivery boy had an accident and broke all the phones. It has been 20 days & I have not received my phone till now. No replacement yet.
