Dear Sir/Mam,
i got samsung mobile model no.galaxy c7 pro ,IMEI NO.357169080474671/01 AND IMEI NO.357169080474679/01,SN-RZ8J50RL3SD . The issue on the mobile is that back press key and window key is not working properly from starting .
i have already mark complaint to service centre and call center but did not provide any response for it.
request for replace my phone and provide new phone.
