Suddenly stop "SMS sending" service

Dear Sir/Madam

I have Airtel connection (No-9199938244) at Delhi NCR (Modinagar). suddenly outgoing SMS service has been stopped from last 12 Oct 2016. I have called to 198 for many times(14/15), they assured me that withing 24 hrs service would be started.But, unfortunately till the problem is going on. I have also complaint to "Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System" (CPGRAMS).But no result. Kindly help me to solve the problem.
