Hello sir, My name is Deepak Gupta. My mother (Kiran Gupta) wanted to port her mobile number 9336688774 from reliance gsm to airtel. But after submission of all necessary documents and after passing more than 17 days her number has not been activated from airtel. For that we are suffering so much problems because we are unable to call anyone nor able to receive any call because previous sim has been closed. For this issue I personally many times spoke to Airtel customer care but they are not doing anything, all time they are telling me that your number details will update here soon but no single action they did. after telling again and again they started incoming call on that number on 26 sep 16 but outgoing call has not been activated from airtel. for that I went to Airtel store yesterday, they assured me that your outgoing will start till 27 sep 16 (today). But till now Outgoing services has not been started yet. For that I again just talked to customer care but he told me that he can not do anything. On giving these types of treatment from airtel correspondences I really feel bad. Right now I am not able to think what should I do?. kindly forward this complaint to some higher appellate of airtel.
