Regarding non activation of reliance mobile number, lyf flame mobile from Chawla Mobiles

The undersigned complainant wishes to lay down the following facts for speedy action:
1: That I bought a lyf flame mobile from Chawla Mobiles, Sadar Bazar Shahjahanpur bearing IMEI 911503453764707 on 6th August.
2: That at the time of buying the phone I submitted the required proof of Identity ie my Aadhar card.
3: That the shop owner promised me that my new reliance connection will be activated within 48 hours after the receipt of id.
4: That after waiting patiently for 2 days I enquired about the delay in the connection, the dealer told me again that my proof of Identity is not accepted
5: That as per his directions I again submitted my another proof of Identity on 9th August.
6: That on 11th August I was informed that my id is accepted vide order no is NO000003ENI5.
7: That till date the new connection of the complainant has not been activated and the complainant has now been exhausted out and out after phoning the local dealer more than a hundred times.

Prayer
Keeping in view of the above facts, kindly expedite the activation process and so that annoying delay be overcome. Also issue a suitable penal liability on these miscreants who cheat the innocent customers by swindling them saying that their connection will be activated within few hours.

Please take a necessary action against these swindlers so that no other innocent customer may fall a victim of them.
