Improper packing of my phone samsung service centre

My phone was having the line on display problem i got it replaced from the service centre after 20 days..i asked them that they properly packed it i mean they made it water resistant? They said that they are not aware with with the packing of this phone so packed it like normal phone
.they told me to pick the phone just like that they will call me and repair within a week now its been 1 month and they are not packing it as it was
