NOT GIVING MY MOBILE PHONE BACK

Sir my name is aman khan, i have submitted my Panasonic T50 mobile phone on 10 october 2016 for repairement of mobile phone ....before tht i also submit my mobile phone had problem related with chargiing problem,but when i got my mobile phone back i found there is no repairement will be done ,immediately i resend or sub,it my mobile phone in customer care of balrampur,,they told me tht ur phone will be given back to u ,on before 10 nov 2016...from tht day i continously going to service center .i also call to panasonic customer care ,everytime they said ur problem will be resolved within 48 hours,but i didnt got any solution.on 24 nov 2016 i go to service center of balrampur they said ur mobile phone will be wrongly handover to others and it also shows missing of ur mobile from facotry and they dont know when they give me my mobile phone back to me.......sir please solved my problem as sson as possible,
