Strange Idea Cellular bill calculation after plan changed

Hi,


Myself Pravin Patil from Pune India. I was on !Plan 599 and after using the internet for about 10 days, my available data (around 2GB) finished. Since there is an urgency, I changed the plan to iPlan 999 and didn't wait for the next billing cycle. Now till date, I have consumed 3GB from iPlan 999 and 3GB is remaining. But now I am seeing a bill of Rs. 6240 in Idea Android app which is completely wrong.

I know, how you guys do calculations but these calculation methods are completely wrong. Why didn't you consider just iPlan 999 for this month?

This is completely wrong and I feel I will be overcharged next month unnecessarily.

Maybe, I will switch to another provider who does better calculations than you from next month.
