Sold Defective Mobile to me mobile Coolpad Note 5 through Amazon

I had purchased this mobile Coolpad Note 5 through Amazon online on 10th Feb 2017 against bill no. 403-4508017-7113922. After using this mobile for around 10-12 days, it started giving me problem like the caller was not able to hear me and when the call comes I was not able to receive call my swiping it. I called up their customer care and they told me to show it to their service centre in my area but the service centre again sent it to their mail service centre at Delhi there after 20 days they handed the handset to me but the next day again the same problem then again I went to their service centre in my area but they could not repair and again sent it to Delhi service centre. Right now I do not have the mobile with me. Request you to please look into this....thanks
