1. Ordered Lenovo Vibe K5 (IMEI # 864093030745814) from amazon.in(order # 402-0749975-1573139) on 4-Feb-2017 for Rs7499/- only.
2. Received the order on 9-Feb-2017
3. Found a software issue (not receiving notification for third party apps) contacted lenovo tech support through chat on 11-Feb-2017 but issue not resolved.
4. Went out of station for career progress purpose on 13-Feb-17 and returned back on 18-Feb-17
5. Submitted my phone to authorized lenovo service center on 20-Feb-17. (lenovo Jobsheet # SOIN0540201702200017)
6. On 20-Feb-17 evening received a call from service center to collect the phone next day.
7. On 21-Feb-17 went to collect the phone, while checking found a bigger issue which was not there when i bought the phone from amazon. Phone switches off automatically when it is in Standby mode/sleep mode & will only switch on when the battery the removed and reinserted again.
7. Showed the new issue to service center. service center took my phone back for repair and as on of 6-feb-17 it is still in service center.
8. 10 days old phone is in service center, now they are willing to repair and return the product back to me, but I don't want a repaired product, so I asked for refund.
9. Mailed my refund concern to both amazon as well as Lenovo.in but till date never received a conclusive reply.
10. At least amazon replies back but lenovo always say that lenovo representative will call, but no one called.
11. I don't want a repaired product neither I wish to get a replacement, I want my money back. I have conveyed the same to Lenovo India as well as to amazon.in. but till date never received a conclusive reply from any of the parties.
