Service issue Motorola regarding Moto G Plus 4th Gen Device

Dear Sir,

This is for intimation, I really respect and faith on your company profile Motorola, that why I have been Purchase of Your Motorola Cell Model No. "Moto G Pluse 4th Gen(Black, 32 GB) x 000k710X IMe 3581870780001784" of Rs. 14,999/- on 15/08/2016, After purchase the same I had face the some technical issue regarding the cell, therefore I reach to your service station, at "Motorola Service Center 118 A, Empress Mall, G 41, Empressmill Chowl Road, Cotton Market Empress city Nagpur", on 24/12/2016, after handover the device they detected the Problem of Motherboard, they told me you have just handover the device for fifteen days for resolving the issue, then I agreed with them & handover the device. After 15 days I reached at your service station, and ask about the device they told still we have not resolve the issue therefore we were unable to handover the said device, you just come after Ten days, after completion of given days by the service station again I Reached at Service station Nagpur, from Amravati & asked for device they told me, still we have not received the you handset from company, you come after some days, since after continuous followup still your service provider get dates only, & avoid me, as well as they did not pay attention on my followup,

Now to till date I have not receive the device, when I called the service station they are avoid me & used the ignorance language, Now I loose my tempered & fed up with your bogus services,
I never recommended your services as well as your devises in future. it was the deficiency in services, therefore you station and company are whole responsible for my physical & mental torture, and liable for proper compensation.
However, either handover my handset in all good condition and proper manner or give me the same new device or Repay my device amount on priority basis,
