S7 edge phone not being repaired, Samsung mobile service centre

Me daughter went to Samsung mobile service centre for repairing her Samsung S7 edge phone after phone felled down while walking.she is studying thapar university patiala but the man on service centre refused to entertain the complain.Phone is still under warranty and purchased from preet mobile house kmv road near jalandhar on 27/12/2016 and was financed by bajaj finance.
He was shown the bill from bajaj mobile app and my daughter spoken to preet mobile house for facilitating the repair.even I spoken to him and requested but he unrelented.so my daughter came back to hostel.
I am commandant in BSF posted to hoshiarpur .
So please direct him to get my daughter phone repaired .
