Respected Sir,

It is brought to your kind notice that My phone Vivo Y21l GRY automatically

restart & pause during music/video is playing, I visited to the authorized

service center at Pathankot again and again (i.e. M/s Anand Mobile Hut Gardhi Ahata Chowk

Pathankot -145001) for servicing/ updating as well as set righting the

problems like that "' Videos/music automatically paused when

playing and also restart the phone automatically"'.

But M/s Anand Mobile Hut Gardhi Ahata Chowk Pathankot -145001 has

refused for giving servicing/ updating as well as set righting the

problems, he has not bother regarding my problem & my grievances

regarding mobile phone has not been resolved by him, due to non resolving

my problem, the name and fame of Vivo company has mixed in the mud by

the authorized center M/s Anand Mobile Hut Gardhi Ahata Chowk

Pathankot -145001).

Keeping in view of the circumstance explained above, it is therefore

requested that my mobile set may please be got set right M/s Anand
