Outgoing service not working mobile services from Reliance GSM Mobile Operator

I have prepaid mobile services from Reliance GSM Mobile Operator.

i have sufficient Balance in My prepaid No. 9779952110 from Punjab circle. but from my operators my outgoing barred without any reasons from 24/06/2016 to till date. i have visited number of times at reliance store and email my complaints to all customer care and nodal officer and also to appellant authority of Reliance India but not response till date from any help-desk.

i am very upset and requested to you please resolve my issue and ask to reliance mobile for compensation for my business loss as my this number is registered my all online banking and my business . which will i bear due to non working of my phone. i also declare that if fault at my end then i will pay fine which u decide.
