Mi Protect Mobile handset not recieved after repair under warranty

Sir,
I purchased the Xiaomi Redme Note3 with their 1 year paid insurance "Mi Protect" under Invoice No "1480307373784524507" on 28 Nov, 2016.
Unfortunately the handset screen got damaged on 22 jan, 2017. I lodge a complaint for claim and paid (340rs-not disclosed earlier by Mobile company).

After chasing and sending lots of mail Mi protect courrier man(Insurance agency by Xiaomi)brought my mobile handset. The mobile body had dent so I didnt accepted the device and asked him to rectify the same.

After this incident I called MiProtect Customer Care a nos. of times on "8080333333" the service request no. 1758432. They asked that mobile is delivered as per their records. When I asked them to furnish the record, they checked at their respective centre and knew that handset dispatched but returned and is again sent for repair. but till now they have not updated the status in their records.

Also I raised the matter with Xiaomi India Customer care through Emails. but they are also not replying. The case No under Xiaomi India is " 170310-009505" email sent to

I feel totaly helpless & cheated by Xiaomi India. when I asked them that atlast I would have to go to consumer court or Lodge an FIR but they have not any reaction on mails.
Every time I call them, they ask that I will receive the call from seniors in 48 hours but all statement are fictitious.
I urge consumer court to take strict actions against them.
