Regarding phone not working properly and unable to return/refund

My name Madhav Kushwaha. I purchased UNIFONE BANANA phone of Rs. 1400 from NILESH PUROHIT INFOCOMM (IMEI - 911638350501313) dated 28 September 2019. Now, checking after 1 night condition is same (Today date is 29 september 2019).
While talking to someone from phone, sound not clear from both sides. What i do now with new phone which is not working properly (unable to talk with that phone)
Talked with shopkeeper, no solution.
Please refund my money.
