Nokia Mobile not repair properly and not responses in time

Dear Sir,

First time my Nokia under warranty mobile submitted (06/07/2019)to service centre (vashi Navi Mumbai) for restart issue. As per job sheet mobile should return on 17th July 2019 but it return on 22 july2019 by changing mother board, however mobile not repaired completely so on next day 23rd July 2019 do the changes in screen. But after above repaired mobile not working properly, so resubmitted on 10th Aug 2019. till date they are giving my mobile in proper condition.


I also raise complain (Complain no 1171183) to Nokia care on 20th Aug 2019 but they assue to response in 24-48hrs but till time they are not taken any decision and not responding.


Within one month mobile open more than 3-4 time. This affact on fanacial and social life.


I request to take stong action and replace my nokia phone with my fanacial loss.
