Over charging of bill and threatening calls

I have idea connection and the number is 9850920429
I opted for international roaming for a week (i-roam free 7 days ) and paid 3000rs the acknowledgement you can find here with
When I received the bill the amount was with the demand of 3000+my regular bill.
When contacted the customer care
He told me the 3000 is showing as deposit and he raised a request to adjust the same with the bill this was done more than two times (IdC1-126339898824 IdC1-126370590703 &Idc1-127348523616)
And still my request for the same is pending with idea
And now I am continuously getting harassing calls for payments
I request you to look in to matter and instruct the idea authorities to adjust my deposits against the outstanding and send me the fresh bill
