I Mrs. Sulbha Sanjay Kunte have purchased a NOKIA mobile phone #IMEI 353385096657620. This phone was not working since 1st of July 2019; on 5th JULY 2019 we contacted NOKIA GALLERY in KALYAN.

The phone is still in warranty period. We have given the same mobile phone for repair to NOKIA GALLERY in KALYAN. The reason for repair is CHARGING PROBLEM.

The gallery people are not giving any proper reasoning and now it is almost more than two weeks and I am yet to get my phone back.

This is utter negligence and non co-operation from NOKIA and their team.

I want my phone to be replaced or they should pay back money along with the inconvenience compensation.
