Flipkart Company is trying to fool customer

I have purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart on 15th August, the phone is faulty product, I requested a replacement for phone within 10 days as per their Replacement policy. They arranged multiple tech visits to resolve the problem, but could not resolve the problem. Now they are asking me to visit Mobile Company Service Center and they will not replace the product as 10 days are already passed.
Could you please help me in this as they have already tortured me a lot through their multiple phone calls and false accusations.
