i went to samsung mobile service centre at mathikere bangalore, my phone is in warranty, i request them to please update my phone apps are not working, then they told that company is not paying them for free service and they will not do this work, they told me that to go to another samsung service centre. this was not written anywhere that in warranty period samsung service centre will charge money or tell like this.
its very bad experience.today os last date of my warranty not i wont get free service because of them i cant able to made my mobile repair
