Misbehave while customer call, customer service for OPPO

It seems there is no customer service for OPPO, today when i tried to call the customer services for some information guess happen...even though I have selected right option I.e. 1 for English it got routed to some other language I.e. Marathi and the girl sitting there is saying she cannot understand English and I should try after an hour or two.
When I insisted for her manager she spoked Loud in Marathi (guess some slang) n hanged.
Wow.. what a people u have OPPO...that exactly show the culture of a company and people who are working with you.
It's an eye opening for me.
