i have purchased coolpad mobile, it is still in warranty and i have submitted the mobile to service centre for repair on 11.11.2017 at N C Infotech Belgaum. but till date i have not received my mobile when i contact service centre they say that we have not received spares from company, and so i called to customer service of coolpad around 5-6 times every time they replied me that sorry wait for next 10 days we are sending the spares and you will get your handset repaired in next 10 days but till today nothing has happened and today the service centre people called me and told that your mobile will not be repaired so you take back your mobile. so please look into the matter and help me in receiving my handset repaired or else i get new mobile in replacement.
