Online amazon not properly response and missbehaviour

Dear sir,
we have purchase one new mobile cool-pad note 5 gray from online purchase(amazon) on dated 5 Feb,2017 but after few days some problem comes in mobile(like both camera pick not clear& volume button and heating issue) we given phone at service center on date 18/03/2017 and given me time by the service centre 24/03/2017,but not till date no any updation from service center
and not given me proper satisfactory responce till date so please request do the need full
