Sir, they dont give back money, if your doing a recharge of rs.25 they don't give 5 rs. back they say it's companies charge. You have to purchase something.
they sell coupons on much higher rate.
bohot manmani karte hein. It's very ridiculous and students hai to complain bhi nahi karte hai.
150 rs ke earphone 500 pe bechta hai.
kindly cross check him to stop such activities.
