मैने एक मो0 मोईक्रोमेक्‍स s300 जिसका IMEI NO 911455403540044 हैा जिसे मेने दिनांक 24/11/2015 को शुभम मो0 पोईन्‍ट गुमानपुरा कोटा से लिया थाा ा गारन्‍टी पीरियड के दौरान ही मोबाईल ने काम करना बंद कर दिया, उसके बाद सर्विस सेन्‍टर गये वहां देा दिन पहले दिनांक 14/05/2016 को उसने सोफटवेयर पोरबलम बताई और अपडेट करके शुरू कर दिया ओर हमे दे दिया लेकिन दो दिन बाद ही वापस वही पोरबलम शुरू हो गर्इ ा तो उसे दोबारा हम दिनांक 17/05/2016 को लेकर गया तो उसने फोन की डिस्‍पिले डुबलिकेट बताई ओर फोन लेने से मना कर दिया ा
अत- आपसे अनुरोध है कि हमे आप फाेन रिपलेस करवाने की कुपा करेा
क्‍योकि दुकानदार व कम्‍पनी वाले सही व्‍यवहार नही किया ा
